I haven't followed news and updates on Bestchange for a while.
Has there been any update in the feedback system, I know that there were a lot of complaints about the way management is done and that every exchanger can turn negative feedback into neutral only if it is written that the problem is solved.

Also, a few years ago there was an announcement of a design update, it seems that no work was done on it at all.

I understand your precautions and open source would inspire more confidence, but BestChange, which has enjoyed a positive reputation on this forum for many years, would hardly do something as dubious as tracking its users. Well, unless it's for future marketing purposes. Who doesn't do that these days?    

We should wait for an answer from the representatives of the BestChange, why their developers didn't release the source code of this extension for analysis to users for their peace of mind.

Until recently, they had a signature campaign here, I guess they thought that it was enough marketing cost for one source. I remember when they started promoting here, they also had a social media campaign, but it lasted relatively short because it gave very poor results.
Contests on social media help to keep loyal users.

In some early days, one of the conditions for a coin to be listed on CMC was to have an ANN thread on the Bitcointalk forum. And the link was in their bio there.
When a user has a problem with a certain exchanger, they come here to make complaints and also accuse Bestchange even though they are only monitoring. This put them ^{Best Change} in an awkward position because they did not influence the exchange process itself, and yet they were accused. One of the conditions to get listed on BestChange is to have sufficient representation on the internet: in media, social networks, on forums and review sites etc.
If an exchanger that reaches out to us does not have enough coverage on the net to track their reputation, we suggest working on promotion and give a guideline. One of the forums in the list of the promotional platform is, naturally, bitcointalk.

On the other hand, some exchangers who have been successfully working in the Russian-language version of the monitor, choose to translate the website into English and cater to the international audience. If they do so, we also recommend them create ANN topics on forums to announce their service to the wider audience.

As it was mentioned, if we partner up with a new exchanger, or if an exchanger gets translated, we make a corresponding post about the partnership in their thread.
