Code:

root@ubuntu:~# ./axsd masternode outputs
{
}

You have'nt correct output.
You need to create new address:
./axsd getnewaddress
and send 5000 AXS to this address.
./axsd sendtoaddress you_new_address_here 5000

After that your masternode outputs command will have the correct output.
