I'll redownload the blockchain (copied over the one from 0.6.6.0 before) and see if I've more luck then.

edit: Okay 9/10 accepted after 14 hours now. Given that on average I should find a block every 1.4 hours with my hashrate of 1150 kH/s I think that's okay.

I found that they will reroute to the FTC mining pool, so give it a look to your FTC wallet

Does anyone have an uploaded synchronised blockchain?
The syncing process is taking too long for me, and i'm on a 150mb/s internet connection..

It takes less than a day to download the entire block chain. Tested recently on a generic Windows notebook with Wi-Fi, got it almost done overnight. I think that's not bad for a coin 4 years old.

I will do the mining but I do not know which Graphic is good for mining PXC.
Would you recommend a good graphic: RX radeon or Nividia.

According to whattomine RX480 will give you ~650kh/s, GTX1070 will give you 1,050kh/s.
I can confirm the latter numbers are approximately correct

Right on the front page:

<ALGO> is the name of the algorithm you are mining. Example: neoscrypt.us.hashrefinery.com
<WALLET_ADDRESS> can be one of any currency we mine or a BTC address.
As optional password, you can use -p c=<SYMBOL> if the pool does not set the currency correctly on the Wallet page.

Only one coin can be targeted; the "pseudo multipool" part (targeting the algo only) converts all coins mined to BTC when a coin is not specified in the password and a BTC wallet is specified.

Like you, I wish we could put an address in for each coin we want in the group (I have no interest in GUN) and mine based on the lowest diff/highest profitability coin of the ones we entered. Doubt it can be done on a yiimp/anonymous one-wallet-address-at-a-time site; this would need a login with address management or a highly modified miner command listing multiple wallet addresses...

I downloaded the wallet from Phoenix web site
easy as, then ran it to its directory in c/: user/ owner/appdata/roaming  
all went good on the install, the wallet updated with no worries.
I then secured the wallet with my encrypted password.
Then went into options and under main I allowed 0.0010000 transaction fee
I then transferred 50k of coins to the wallet, phew no problems so far.

now I wanted to start mining so me thinking that's easy click on Mining changed it to solo then the threads to 8 scan-time was shaded out with the number 99 so left it and then allowed the pc to mine.
the wallet showed time- Solo Mining started, that's great, yes?
on checking the wallet to see everything else it tells me that the lock is locked and currently encrypted.
The mining crossed hammers? are mining Phoenix coins at 3119 Hashed per second.
next is the graph which say that- 8 active connections to the Phoenixcoin network.
the Tick/Check on the bottom right of the wallet says the following when I hover my mouse over.

Now the question is.......................... have I done everything right??
and after three full days ......nothing seems to be mined?
How long does it take to mine coins with the info I have given so far.
any answers in detail would be greatly appreciated.

one thing I did like about this coin was the speed it transfer to wallets, it was great.
also while I am talking about mining,
is there a way that one can use his graphics cards as I have 2 in my pc

I'm not familiar with mining this coin personally (so far anyways), but if you're CPU mining as it sounds and that hashrate is 3319 H/s then you will go a long time without finding any block solo mining. A single GTX 1080 ti should do around 1800 Kh/s, or roughly 545x higher hashrate. My understanding of this coin where it's at now is that you would need several rigs running high end video cards to have the hashrate big enough to even consider solo mining.

Yes, solo mining at 3KH/s isn't worth it. Switch to pool mining to get regular though small payouts.

I am a happy man now as I am new to this and have learnt how to mine.
even though I probably wouldn't get much in rewards. I learnt something and that's what matters.

I have tried many wallets and web sites, I am very impressed with the phoenix website, it not only looks great its easy to navigate and made for people with not to much tech knowledge.

The wallet its self has been made so that its not hard to understand, I found it very easy, actually to easy, after all the rest of the crypto coins I found hard to navigate around, which is why the previous post I wrote up with all the questions thinking that this wallet was to easy to get around and that I must have stuffed something up.
so thanks again to the developer and his team for making my life easy.
