that happen to me a lot when i lose in gambling but a could never leave gambling.

I have not yet been thinking of that because I certainly playing gamblinh in moderation in which I only play frequently in a week because I do also have errands to do so I am not that 'always' into playing gamble and whenever I play, I have the mindset that I am playing just to be entertained and have fun so I am just placing small bets so that if ever I will loose which can possibly happen most of the times, I will not get pressured because I have just 2 or 3 games that I play in one day depending into my mood. Usually, I quit gambling when I still have money because I never spent all the money in one-time. I always save some amount so I can use it for playing gambling on the other days. I still trying to do that because sometimes, it is hard for me to save some money. Comming back does not always mean that you are addicted .  i can say to my self that im not an addicted gambler but i cannot accept defeat  . whenever i loose i stop because i dont have a cash to continue .   what i do is i find a way to earn a money i then revenge , i play again and if i won i will stop playing a gambling for a while .

Looks like people forget about the major rules when they go to the casino and like you said this is no wonder that they panic and do even more wrong decision when on losing strike. If one would be prepared and could afford to lose the bankroll then is a lot more possible that he will win in the end because his decision will be not influenced by emotions, bad emotions.
