The best time would be when the bitcoin price dropped. And keep in mind thay if you want to buy, you should buy low and sell high. You should educate yourself. When educating yourself or doing an in-depth research, you should not shield your eyes from negative news. Stay sharp so you would be able to get what you want. But of course, go with your guts. Understand that there are fluctuations happening. Just stay calm during dips, and when investing, invest with a purpose.

Always is the best time to buy bitcoins. Since bitcoin is unpredictable and always changing its exchange value for a short period of time. You can buy bitcoins anytime you want. Bitcoin may experiencing change in value but it is very minimal only. I think there is no such thing as good timing in bitcoin. Everyday is always an opportunity for you to have one.

In my own speculations, there is no right or best time to buy bitcoin because every time counts. If you really want to buy bitcoin then buy it as soon as possible because bitcoin's value is not stable. So, based on what you have said, it can increase and also it can decrease. So better to buy as early as you want. Some people said that it is better to buy bitcoin when its price dropped, because they believed that it will rapidly increase.

Practically,the best time to buy or invest to Bitcoin is whenever the market value of it is falling since the dumps are just temporary and recovery is always expected to happen. Profit will be earned once the market startd to recover after the continuous dumps. Also,investing during the increase would be profitable so you might consider it as well.

For me low market price is the best time to buy or invest. For example those who invest on March which the price falls to 6k$ then now that it went up to 9k $ mark then the profit that they gain is more than 30% in one month time.
