Yes there is and that's by inputting the correct code. What's app are you talking about here? is it about web wallets? if it isn't then you should add more details so you can put this on the right section.
I do have the same question on what service or wallet he do use.Normally if authentication code been input for how many times and all are incorrect then having this kind of situation do really happen.They do have common security feature where accounts would be locked up when several attempts had been made.In this case since it had prompted you that the account is already lock then send a support ticket because once it had been locked you cant really access it anymore.

What website you are referring to? is it blockchain.info or xapo or other website?

I experienced this thing before, but in XAPO wallet when I receive the sms code and put it in authentication box it's always said it's a wrong code.

I try to log in from time to time, but I couldn't login anymore I message the support never receive any response from them.

That is why I decided to stop using them.

If you are using XAPO try to contact the support first if you are lucky and get a response and they fix your issue transfer your bitcoin to wallet that you can fully control.

Regardless of what site or app it is, when your account got locked, the first thing you should do is to contact the support. They are the ones who can unlock your account.  You might be asked also for something, to prove that you're the account owner.

I do not think you are referring to a wallet because the error message says account "This account has been locked".
Exchange accounts manage your private keys, so you can open your account if you communicate with them.
If your account is authenticated/verified you can send the required files and your account will be unlocked (the method varies from one site to another).
Otherwise you will not be able to recover your account (just contact the support team).

How do people can help you to solve your problem if you didn't tell them clearly and detailed.
I bet it's xapo because I have same problem too my account got locked but I hope I'm wrong since we all know that their support is so bad and you are so lucky if got any responses from them, I'm advising you contact them through live chat,well good luck.

I do not think you are referring to a wallet because the error message says account "This account has been locked".
Exchange accounts manage your private keys, so you can open your account if you communicate with them.
If your account is authenticated/verified you can send the required files and your account will be unlocked (the method varies from one site to another).
Otherwise you will not be able to recover your account (just contact the support team).


It looks like a cryptopia exchange but if I put a wrong password or authentication 3 times my account will lock sometimes you need to wait for 15 minutes and sometimes hours depends if you keep login with a wrong authentication and password.

Since he put a correct authentication code may be the browser needs to be clean history and cache. before you login again.

Solving blocks can't be solved without my rigs.

OP update the details about what account you are talking about,these kind of things won't happen with online wallets like coinbase and blockchain.info because I have made many mistakes and I never locked or whatever.I think it maybe exchange wallet,you need to wait for few hours and try to login because there are some kind of security feature to save your funds from hackers.

more than one code? does it mean you only failed twice? If that is correct, well, that is a pretty slick and secured website.
Normally, auths have atleast 3 available failed attempts before locking the account.

This would really be an exchange wallet yet most online web wallet doesnt lock out even no matter how many wrong attempts you would try to logged in. OP didnt make any updates which most members do ask out on which wallet hes referring to.If you do see time restriction on next logged in attempt then you should input the correct ones on next time to avoid another problem of waiting but if its totally locked then sent support ticket.

This is the feature for most of the authenticating process, when a code has been wrong for so many times it will lock up.
