What do you think about yesterday’s pump? Bitcoin grew from 6750 to 8000$ in a few minutes. That’s incredible! Do you think it is a new pump and soon bitcoin will cost 20000$ again?

What do you think about yesterday’s pump? Bitcoin grew from 6750 to 8000$ in a few minutes. That’s incredible! Do you think it is a new pump and soon bitcoin will cost 20000$ again?
If this pump is true then we could possibly hit 20k$ or more by December. The exchanges have finally finished paying their taxes and they will no longer sell huge amount of bitcoin. With this we can expect to see bitcoin goes up again. If this continues then by the end of April bitcoin will recover back to 10k$ then by May at 12k$. |

There are lot of development that are happening around the globe in favor of Bitcoin so i believed this was the result of that progress but still this pump is not enough and we really don't know if this is just a temporary or really a pump up so therefore we must observe more of this activity as it might be just a temporary price increase but this is better because it will help to attract more investors to make Bitcoin more strong and stable. |

Come on now. We just had an increase of $1000 and you're already looking at $20,000? lol. Be realistic and don't be too greedy. Price rises and all-time highs will take time. Also, a sudden price increase isn't automatically a sign of a bull run. Who knows? It might just even be a bear trap. No one knows.
EDIT: I freakin hate the word "pump"

sorry to disappoint you but you came to the wrong board. pumps only happen in altcoins (aka shitcoins) that can simply be manipulated by one person or a small pump group with some newbie idiots following them.
and because of that you can't expect $20k (194%) just because there was a 14% rise.

Your imagination is way too far.
20k dollars again in just days will be enormous and unbelievable. I am sure a lot will sell again when that is reached.
It will be better to slowly reach that number rather than it will have more bashers for the unbelievable climb.
That $1k up should just be normal since it didnt move much the last month.

It's not a pump it's just a bounce back and it will go back again in my opinion so don't get excited guys and just be aware of this bear market. It's safer to just look how this will go because it seems super hard for bitcoin to achieve the 10k$ range.

On pump it's not like except for some altcoins. Perhaps this is a trend change, a long-term correction has ended, and the market will slowly recover. And let's hope that bitcoin will continue to grow. For indicators I only track motion up. It is quite dangerous to enter altcoins now,because the further growth of bitcoin can pull them down. But bitcoin should calm down at least for a couple of days/week - they will trample again. Therefore, use the opportunity to purchase at the lots of violas at important support levels.

What do you call to the sudden change in the price of bitcoin? Is it a dump not a pump? Well, I think no matter that is a shitcoin, altcoin or bitcoin as long as it is found in market, it applies the demand and supply, it has a price, it allows the word "pump". |

Nobody can still predict the future price of what bitcoin price would be. Assumptions can only be made, and whenever there is a pump, it affects the market positively and it gives investors reason to smile - by making profit on their investmet. A pump in the market is usually required, most especially when the market seem down.

of course this is a new passion again owned by bitcoin and I personally do not quite understand whether this is a pump or anything so there is an increase in price on bitcoin but whatever the reason of course this is a good news. I think the most important thing is a power that must be in bitcoin that is from each bitcoin user to continue to store bitcoin assets and not panic in any situation.

When something goes up that quickly then it could be one of the cases listed below : 1) It could be artificial pump : However ruling out it looking at the BTC market cap and the amount needed to pump it. 2) It could be natural surge that happened coincidently 3) It could be related to stock exchanges making their moves in the crypto currencies as see in the forum discussion elsewhere. 4) It could be result of Tax final dates where people buying it for the next moon. This is what going on in my head. What else it could be? |
