Hello, we're US residents and currently looking for legal advisor(s) for the project.

 - Interested in advisors who have worked with ICOs before

 - Payment can be fixed or %, depending on the situation
 


Also will be glad to any advice as to which countries are currently best to incorporate in, and why.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!
