Going to start cooking soon:

Mashed potato, raw carrots and "rundervinken" (it's a bit like this: https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Slavink but then with beef instead of bacon).

My wife did an egg fried rice thing (and she's Chinese! - when she does egg friend rice then I worry I've offended her in some way - she usually does something like quail with quail eggs or drunken shrimp http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drunken_shrimp)

I had my favourite fat bastard quad sandwich tonight.
It was:
Layer of bread
Layer of brown sauce
2 sausages
Layer of bread
Light spread of mayonnaise
1 fried egg
2 pieces of bacon
Layer of bread
Baked beans
Layer of bread

It was good  Grin
