Since when can buffalo's fly? How does buffalo meat taste? Is it like beef?

Since when can buffalo's fly? How does buffalo meat taste? Is it like beef?

They don't fly very high, that's why it's so easy to catch them and cut off their wings.  (the other parts don't taste good and they re-generate wings quickly 8^)
