Investments in altcoin is equally profitable I think. Although altcoin seem to be a very risky asset, you can earn on it much more than normal markets. Just remember that you have to invest in different coins to reduce risks.

Because their growth rate (if the project that supports the coin is hugely potential, try looking for some here like Bitupper, NEO, Cardano, EOS) is much higher that Bitcoin's. This gives the opportunity to get a huge profit and, on the other hand, lose a lot.

Well investing in altcoins is better because there are so many altcoins in the market that has a good future and when we put our money in altcoin i am sure that it has also chance to grow very well, and putting our money on popular altcoin like ethereum will be good investment to do. |

it depends a lot in which altcoin you are investing, if yo uput your money in a shitty altcoin, you are not gonna make any profit, or you wont have any advantage over other altcoin.

Investing in altcoin is a good idea given the fact that alt coins can also give you enough profit when bitcoin seems to be on a stable price for a while. Alt coins on the top 20, for instance, is a very good alt coins to invest your money and the more different alt coins you have in your portfolio, the better.
