If your sell concern is about the red bear market, I think you should hold on for a little while longer. If you entered the trades during the high bull run of last quarter last year, I am sure you are in a very big loss. And seeing how high the loss is already, I will suggest you don't sell. Next time, always practice risk management and cut your loss fast enough. I am also trapped on this bear run and I cant sell at a very big loss of almost 90% assuming I cut my loss fast enough, it could have been better for me. Better to have a safe action than regretting because you can't take it back when you get lose and you can't recover from this loses easily.
