Arbitrage is really easy to do but would really be hard to register on some exchange and as you said there would really might some restrictions which will block your opportunity on making money since not all exchange are open into all countries world wide. Short term profits can be attained not only on arbitrage but also on day active trading but this wont really be an easy task because the risk factor would really be high compared on long term trades.

What is a short term profit for you. A daytrading?  Youtube is full of people that teach you to trade stocks or currencies or cryptocurencies. But that is more like gambling to me.   I suggest you or you start work for crypto. Or learn about different coins and buy them when cheap and sell after price goes up.   Both things takes time, but you will get success doing them.

Can you guarantee if the signal group will be very profitable? i just know that based on the random speculation and that can be considered as a gambling to the signal group itself. The majority of them are fake and many people have been getting fooled by them all. It seems not a good idea and it just like put our amount into the another big risk.
