There are different ways to find existing bounties.. You can check it on social medias facebook, twitter, bitcointalk announcements, even tru Ico bench which you can find ICOs that are higly profiled and with high allocation..
Make sure to thoroughly research and watch the projects activities closely..the more progressive and active teams shown in public the better it is for a legit project..worth your money invested in..

Best way to find cryptos, new or old, is to do a further research and readings using different references like Bitcointalk, Telegram or Reddit. If you are going to make it a habit, you can easily locate better cryptos whether it is new or old.

I just want to let you know that the risk in investment is high maybe the projects concept is perfect but we don't know how it's gonna end, in my experience even though I do a lot of research there's a time that the project becomes a scam. So the best tip i can give is to "REVIEW THE IDENTITY OF THE TEAM" make sure that the people behind the project is legit and it's really them so that when the time it becomes a scam you know the name behind it.

If you do not know how to do it yourself, i think on of the best ways is follow successful bounty managers and participate in their projects, with that you should be able to get good bounties. I do it and it works out well for. Just ensure you do what is expected of you in those projects.

It is so hard to find a good ICO for a bounty campaign since there are many ICO nowadays in the bounty thread and it seems most of them are doing their best to get the interest of the investors. Well as for me if ever i am going to join an ICO i choose to join first in their telegram channel and inspect for the group if the ICO has an active investors asking questions on how they could be able to get their tokens. Another thing is the bounty manager and relatively if the bounty manager has a legendary rank then therefore that project is good however the bounty hunters are there also flooding in the campaign especially if the ICO accepts newbies. You can go on sites like telegram, bitcointalk threads etc. google for review sites online. check out ico drops and bounty sites for new ico's. It's a bit of work that will then net you a hoard of new cryptos. Then there's a lot of work in evaluating them for their quality.

ICO trackers are nice tool to use, but don't just go off their ratings. All these "ICO Experts" mostly can be bought, for example ICObench you can pay for 5-5-5 ratings.

Check into their background yourself and make your own anaylsis, invest a little and see what happens. If your investment went well then apply your analysis to more ICOs and see what you can achieve. When an investment goes bad, go back and check did you miss something? Then you can correct for next time. Of course, you can only anaylsis and predict so much but at least this way you are putting safeguards in place.
