DAO is system where the fund (of a project) is stored in one place, and a member can make a proposal to use the fund for, then other members can vote if it's allowed or not (decision making), am i right?

One of the problems that DAOstack will face is that they contain concentrated spots of failure, because individuals can be subjected to bad influences, bad actions, or poor judgments.
This will be a challenge for the DAOstack team to be able to deal with it all.

in March Daostack has built the MVP version, after that as it has been written on the roadmap this month will be built alchemy alpha. |

basically build all Arc.js layers to make it easier for people to create applications on top of Arc, and see other projects do the same thing, and share the idea of this layer. this will be simple and easy for all, you know, JavaScript programmers to build and adapt using Arc.js that will use Arc. |
