Just wait till Cloudbet resolve your issue with wire. Maybe they are checking your "game history" to be sure you played fair or smth like that.


Few weeks ago there was an issue with 330 BTC winning. After an investigation and some time, they paid the full amount to the winner. So there are no doubts that the casino is fair and you will get your 0.029 BTC.

yep that's most likely the case here cause it makes no sense for a site like cloudbet to delay a 0.029 withdrawal
and a user in the past complained here about this rule since he made a deposit and wasn't able to place the full amount on the bet he wanted  so he tried to withdraw and it wasn't processed

best thing to do when it comes to sites that have wagering rules is to send a deposit that you are 100% sure you will be able to wager

Sent a withdraw request for 0.029 BTC .. Its been almost 24 hours now.

Their support is full of lies. I spent 4 hours talking to one person named Molly who promised it will be within an hour every time.
Today talked to a person named Lily and same story.

Now finally they have disabled LIVE CHAT on my profile.
Tried to contact them on twitter, still not much useful

What a terrible experience. Needed this money urgently

If you have proof that they didnt pay you can also make a thread about it on here and askgamblers just like Swofty did but I will advice you to treat things maturely either.

I will try getting touch with Cloudbet on this channel as well, because their support team apparently has no intention to help me. Or better said they keep telling me the same for a month now. Making the long story short, I deposited on my account, managed to increase my balance with some winning bets, then from one day to another I was not able to login. I did not even requested a withdrawal... Right after, got an email to prove my identity with some documents, and as requested I've sent everything they asked me for. I was told the verification usually takes no more than 7 days, but in some cases could be longer. I said OK and was waiting patiently, albeit did not really understand why my account should be suspended for this time as I wanted to place more bets. All this happened on the 8th of February. I asked for an update 10 days later, but nothing. I am not a newbie bettor, I have fiat accounts with the largest online bookmakers where an ID verification takes maximum 48 hours. What are you doing with my documents, analyzing them pixel by pixel, one pixel every day?! How long should I wait to get back the access to my account?

Your site is pretty good with large selection, decent odds, the wagers are graded quickly, I thought I've found a new favorite for myself, but this bad experience raised questions...

Any update on your case? Open a scam thread on scam accusations section, write your story there. Tbh, there are many scam case too in this gambling site.

How long you were using the site because I am also a long time member but not placing a bet for sometime and do not want to end up in a similar situation, I am not sure whether I have verified any documentation with them and I really do not want to end up in a situation where I have to prove them I really made the account which is crazy. Hopefully you will update everything till the end as I would like to know how long they will take to sort this one.

They have but all of the accusations are solved already.
24 hours is normally the processing period in this site, and since it's already over 24 hours and you are not getting a reply, then you know what to do.

I am not gonna lie it is a tricky situation with cloudbet. They ALWAYS have these kinds of issues, they are terrible at this KYC sort of things, they only recently kept 330 bitcoins of someone locked away from them for months and this keeps happening for everyone, plenty of people complain about getting their money somehow blocked away from them by cloudbet constantly.

However, at the same time they also fix this, they eventually pay and help the people get their money with the methods they suggest and documents and all that. I just feel like if they do not create the problem they wouldn't have to fix it as well, cloudbet is the cause of the problem but also the ones that resolve the problem as well. It is tricky, its hard to say they are bad since they help but its hard to say they are good because they help the thing they caused after all.

It does seem funny they are asking for kyc aml verification all the sudden after using their website for years and then doing this after your last withdraw.
Must be in reaction to the last case where they had with the user who claimed not to be from the united states but in the end they were.
I wouldnt be surprised if they start auditing all their customer accounts and doing this to all accounts which are associated with ip addresses which originate from the there.
