They still have not fixed my account. My deposit is still pending so it wont let me withdraw until my deposit is fixed.

i can't understand how did u do that? You said your deposit was cancelled, it doesn't make common sense because bitcoin transaction is 1 time and can't cancel it, could you explain more?  |

Basically when I was depositing into my cloudbet account I accidentally tried to deposit the same amount twice one went through but the other didnt because I didnt have enough bitcoin. So its been pending forever on cloudbet. I cant withdraw until that's cancelled.

What's going on cloudbet? I cant withdraw because my deposit is pending for 5 hours now. i have deposit on cloudbet many time and the maximum time frame to clear is 45 minutes. Email support and no reply. |

Since you run highest stake gambling site in btc industry, you should have enough fund to have better customer support, I think you should hire more customer service agents, at least 2, and develop live chatting to satisfy your customers, email is slow and inefficient.

Since today (after 1.5 years of betting) my account is 'not activated' anymore. It's now under investigation. Had another issue two weeks ago where they paid out a bet, but two days later removed those winnings claiming the odds where not according to marketstandards. According to their terms can make them undone. Even after payout. Cost me over 3BTC. |
