Well I will agree on your thoughs since same as you I'm cloud bettor before but suddenly I stop betting on them when they've got series of numerous problems, I manage myself to go on different betting sites since I never found this place beautiful anymore. And eventhough their are so many problems yet existing on them but still their service given to their costumers are the same as before so I cannot call this as ideal betting place for us nor anyone.

I do accept the fact that the withdrawals were pretty crazy and it would take twenty fours hours for the coin to get through but now things have changed and last week before the fork i was moving my coins from all the sites and it was amazing to see that they had instant withdrawal ,it was pretty cool and the one issue i had with them was the withdrawals and i am sure they have rectified that and not a one off thing.

Why did you drive without security belt?

Ask them to quote the applicable laws which entitle them to let you deposit and play without identity verification, but require to ask for identity verification when you want to withdraw?

Ask them to show you their license?

Sad to hear that, I can't really see what is the activity which quite unusual there.

I am sure they have upgraded everything with their system,they do have a live chat at the moment which is really surprising and really cool and i did get my coins instantly but when i talked with the chat support they said most of the time they will be allowing withdrawals instantly but most of the time they will be monitoring everything which takes up to twenty four hours and they do that manually for security purposes.

PS: i did get my coins instantly after UFC 214 before the fork

if u didnt have problems at bet365 its because u aint a winner, youre a looser.

if u win, they will shut down ur account for 1 month, and then tell you "your account has been suspended, this is a management bla bla bla bla..".................

You will get into trouble if you won huge amount here since mostly if you withdraw it the money will became pending and cloudbet will take time to solve this issue. And although they solved those past issue happening but still its super annoying to see that this kind of situation still happening and much better for this is they would hire another person to watch for the support issue on their site.

I agree that that statement on the site is misleading.  I think it used to be instant, or almost instant, but it has changed to 1 confirmation.  For me, it's usually more like 15 minutes after 1 confirmation, but it does always go through.

I also wanted to mention that a few days ago I withdrew .42 BTC and it was in fact instant.  Just wanted to mention that frankly I don't see any issues with this site and it's been good to me.
