I gambled on Cloudbet for about a year. No problem sports gambling and received timely payouts.
BUT the CASINO is a SCAM. Don't play there, they have no 800 number to talk with anyone. Live help simply denies any wrongdoing. In short I played video poker dueces wild a number of times and no problems. One day they graded a couple of hands losses when they were winners so I went to live help to complain. I was told the computer says the hands were losses and they cannot credit me without a screenshot or video evidence.
So I started playing the same game and video recording my hands. I hit a 4 of a kind 2 7's and 2 dueces wild and should've been credited 12 x my wager. Instead they graded me a loss, I went to live help and explained what happened again and they said computer shows your hand was a loss. Then I sent them video proof and they determined 2 days later computer graded my loss correctly regardless of my video proof.
If I could attach my video I would.
PLEASE DO NOT PLAY at CLOUDBET they are scammers and I"m going to try my best to shut them down.

What a disappointing Advent Calender Day 1. From the email you sent, I expected to see some good offers that I might actually take, but today really makes me think that future days will be very bad. You're offering 5 mBTC as a bonus with a 30x rollover for only the first 50 players who play 10 spins on a specific game, which ends up costing you nearly nothing as most people won't be able to claim it, and those that do probably won't rollover because of how -EV slot game are. What are your odds boost events going to be? Like @0.05 extra for the first 50 players?

Post it on Youtube please and post the Youtube URL of the video here. I'd also be interested in seeing the unfolding of this by their live dealer casino if you recorded it and post it up on youtube for all to see. If infact they did and cloudbet does not get rid of this third party they source their games from. Then they can be in alot of trouble and can face legal implications since they are a licensed casino and should pay out alot in damages if they are infact cheating. Let the evidence be shown to out them please. |

On only $50? That is around 0.0045btc which isn't very much at all since bets are mostly above this amount most of the time and I think the minimum amount to wager on a single match or parlay is 0.001btc per betslip. They better get their players withdrawals out or they will be slapped with a lot of complaints very soon on late payments to their customers. |

They are having these sort of withdrawal issues for a very long time and they were moving under the radar for a very long time,but the one thing that is not good was the experience of myermatt a user who had video proof of his match and still they are ruling it as loss ,when they asked for video proof earlier .It is a really shady behavior and i would like to see the user post the video and share the link for further verification. |

You might missed that part, but cloudbet had a lot of issues and incompetent customer service! Have been looking at JetWin for a while now and with this casino nearly going bust in their confidence level on this site then I think it is best to scrap them completely from anybodies minds who wish to try them out. Knowing now if they do really win something there they will not be able to withdraw their funds. |

Like any other Parlay,just go to their site and select multiple games and bet at once and that is it,there is nothing special you need to do in the site,it is a simple procedure ,good luck with parlay as i am not having that luck for some time now. I think that their sportsbook has been pretty good throughout, besides from completely deleting their e-sports section. About their support I agree that there are certain things that could be done better, as with most casinos/sportsbooks out there.. Hey.. At least they are not betcoin  |

1. Support is hit or miss.
2. the live sports betting will sometimes "hold" your bet for a ridiculously long period of time.

I think andhave always thought their site and support really is poor. Just to withdraw you need to have 0.001btc in your account and I don't think their withdrawals are free anymore. So they ask you to have 0.001btc in your account because they have to minus that amount from your withdrawal which if you don't have more than that it would be 0 btc sent out.  |

If you want to withdraw 0.001 BTC ($12-$15) I don't really know what you are doing over there.. I never get people that are betting basically pennies, just bet for fun somewhere with playtokens instead haha.. I've been sending a few transactions today and I've had to pay around $15 in fees for each one so it makes sense to me that they charge that. Why would it be free to withdraw? They are not a charity.. |
