Hi folks,

My name is Peter and I am the Cloudbet Community Manager.

You may have noticed we’ve been absent from Bitcointalk recently, which I appreciate isn’t helpful for those players that have been posting issues. I am sorry for that experience and am here to rectify this going forward.

I am here to help, but I am unable to discuss specific account issues in this public forum for data protection reasons. I will, however, be available via PM, or better yet if you contact support@cloudbet.com I will do all I can to escalate your query within our helpdesk.

I will be updating this thread and other topics with the latest Cloudbet news and responding to your queries in as short a time as possible, however during peak times and at weekends there may be a bit of a longer wait.

We are very excited about an upcoming campaign that should bring much more positive news for Cloudbet players on Bitcointalk. Watch out for that update very soon!

I also would like know when we get our payments because as write user ttr support always write the same "we send your query forward to the payments team" days go and still we don't have any info.

My withdraw is pending "only" few days but this don't look good because you should do it with 24h.

I (and probably all clients) would like to know at least an approximate time frame for solving problems. This information can not be found in the support.

My withdraw is pending for almost two weeks. This is too long. And no one tells me how long this process will take.

Hi ttr, this would depend on the type of query or problem you have. Our chat team will resolve most general queries there and then, but more complex questions (such as account issues, payments and specific bet grading) will be escalated to our specialist teams and take longer to resolve. They aim to provide a definite response as soon as practically possible but that depends on the complexity. Sorry for the long-winded answer but it isn’t always possible to resolve complex issues quickly.

Regarding withdrawals, the vast majority are processed instantly. However, for larger amounts the process may take longer as we apply additional security checks.
In terms of your pending withdrawal, is your nickname different from ttr? If so, please PM me your Cloudbet nickname and/or your email address and I will look into this for you.

I just added Crypto Sportz and appreciate all feedback?

It is a decentralized Ethereum betting exchange on the blockchain where the operator can not steal the bets and with instant payouts.


This site offers only a few matches. At the moment it's Real-Atletico, MU-MC and Holloway-Nurmagomedov.
Only three matches. This is not serious.

Really good news to see that you are crediting the users with bitcoin cash and allowing users to use it to gamble too, but i would like you to be active in the forum too as most of the time we are not seeing your presence in this forum, are there any plans to include additional coin in the future which would be a cool feature. Is there a initial deposit bonus for bitcoin cash.

Finally they are crediting the users with bitcoin cash, it was one of the best sports betting sites with live betting, but if they could ramp up their customer care efforts and the reduce the withdrawal time, then it would be great, it is good to see more options being given to the users.

I liked these guys a lot in the past but now they're holding up my withdrawals.

Not rejected just pending for days. I canceled a transaction after 4 days of not going through (pending) and started another one two days ago and still nothing.

Their support - while active - is of no use, just giving me the copy paste nonsense.

Withdrawals should be prompt - automated or not.

Glad to see you're back, Cloudbet. I was asking few weeks ago what happened to your Bitcointalk and reddit support and nobody really knew what to asnwer. Once I noticed you've gone missing, I logged in and did a withdrawal as I started to fear the sportsbook might go away. Surprisingly, I've received the BTC relatively fast (24 hours or so).

Glad to see you're back, especially with the Russia World Cup 2018 being this close.

Hi eaLiTy, moving forward I will be active in this community, and I apologise for the prior absence. In regard to altcoins, we're yet to decide on further altcoin additions. Should we make any changes I'll let you know about it on this forum for sure.
