@IPTV_Destination - Really sorry that you have run into some delays with Tennis grading, it's an issue that we are currently working to resolve via our provider as a priority.

Despite the occasional delays we will always grade the games correctly, and you have received all of your winnings to date - so I'm a little confused at the scam accusation. Are you still waiting for grading on a specific event or a withdrawl of your winnings currently? If so please PM me the Bet ID and I'll investigate for you right away.

As for the loyalty points I believe there is a team tasked with a revamp of the scheme, I should hopefully have some news to share about that in the not too distant future.

Cloudbet Stole me 30BTC !!  

-   I opened an account with Scambet a month ago, deposited 25BTC

-   Reasons why I deposited big: I am new to crypto casino, didn’t know much scams before, trusted their license (Montenegro license which I found out it’s actually an empty license after I was scammed, which means they operate WITHOUT license!); also they claimed to have highest limits and I saw each premier league game they could take up to 10-15BTC per bet max.

-   Honestly speaking, this scammy company opened account and took deposit at lightning speed, as their promotion slogan.

-   Betting result: I won 5BTC via betting on big matches like premier league, Bundesliga, LaLiga.

-   3 weeks ago, when I tried to withdraw, they asked me to verify my phone number, I did. Then they asked for all sorts of docs like passports, address proof etc. I provided them straight away.

-   My withdrawal didn’t go through, it’s in “pending” status for over 2 weeks. I kept chasing but they just gave copy-and-paste sort of reply like “it’s being processed by our payment department, as soon as that process is finished you’ll be able to receive your winnings”, “I’ll leave a note to our payments team so that it will be processed as soon as possible”, ”I understand your frustration but unfortunately I am not part of the payment teams/investigation/security teams” etc. You know, typical Scambet style.

- It’s particularly hilarious when you know this company it’s being operated by only 5 staffs/shareholders/thieves. But nobody working there knows what’s going on in the company. They will take your deposit instantly, without any needs to check, as stated online “You don’t need to provide Cloudbet with any personal information, all you need is an valid email address”. But GUYS. don’t ever dream about withdrawals, when it is big money, they will pay you as soon as they finish all their internal procedures which no one could ever tell you what it is. They just pick big or winning fish to SCAM, as simple as that. I wouldn't advise players not to join, as it is actually a perfect platform for losing players, fast account opening, lightning deposit and can take big bets! They won't bother you at all if you lose and withdraw the penny leftovers.

-   My account was being LOCKED since last week. No emails, no nothing. Scambet support told me last week that their colleague would write me an email soon but guess what, NOTHING, of course! They only care about how much they could still steal from you further. Till the day you build up your trust in them and deposit / win big, your value is done. Harvest time! Once you are trapped, they disappear!

-   Now they are holding me up 30BTC, and I couldn’t login to my account anymore. Luckily I got all the screencaps evidences etc.

-   From previous complaints I realized that Scambet is good at making up fancy excuses in an attempt to steal players money.

-   Here’s my plan:
Scambet, besides bumping in here everyday, I will give you 48hours, from now, to Pay Me Back My Money. After 48 hours, I will start sharing my case, together with all the evidences that I have, to 2 of your COMPETITORS a day. Let the professionals decide what to do with those stuffs, in full discretion.

-   Needless to say, having being stolen 30BTC, I will still make an effort in every possible ways to make people know what's going on under the mask of Scambet. But the best way to fight the war is still to let the enemies of your opponent to fight them! Get people involved in dirty jobs. I guess your competitors would be very much interested of these hidden dirt, especially with this size with evidences, and make good use of it! I am sure they could potentially do a much better harmful job than me. More professional with abundant resources, better skilled to play your games. I can’t wait.

-   Keep on hiding Axhole!  I can't wait to see your lame excuses of potential breach of rules / investigations for being a thief !

I confim that a withdrawal request was processed.
I'm forced to withdraw rest of my cloudbet balance. At this moment there are  38 livebetting matches in cloudbet offer.But when I'm signing in to my cludbet account I'm able to see and bet only 5 livebetting matches. The same situation is in prematch offer. I can see only little part of your full offer. Ronnie - can you confirm this is some kind of method to limit winning players ?

@viotiov - As far as I am aware we don't limit our players! One player won almost 50 BTC on a single roulette spin last week, and there's been plenty of other big casino and sportsbook winners recently that are still playing at Cloudbet without any limitations.

I'll pass on your details to our sportsbook team and ask them to investigate the cause of the missing games, this is similar to another recent report along the same lines so I want the issue identified ASAP, I'll feed back any information I receive to you directly.

@Angry0ne - I'm still chasing this up with the team and will get a response to you asap. There is a jira ticket for investigation into the reports about live betting limits and I'm checking for updates daily.

@LTU_btc - I've flagged this issue as it's a bit different from the one above, my guess would be some issue with the provider (but I'll leave the investigation to people who know what they are doing instead of speculating)  Wink  As soon as I have an update I'll let you know.

Over 3 weeks have passed, developers are still working on it ? Cause it looks like there is no-one unfortunately.

Main problems:
Handball is not offered pre-game and live from March !!! (they were also looking into it)
Live limits are showing f.ex 0.15 per click, once you click everything shows "BET REJECTED - Betting suspended for that event" - while game is always not suspended.
PRE Game limits, if it shows max stakes 0.2, you click max, then it will re-change to 0,001.... so why are you showing max limits of 0,2 if that is not true ?
Mindless to say that I see only 10% of available live games after logging. Which is working fine for all my friends.

A customer friendly bookmaker would solve those issues immediately. Here I doubt anything will change in near future.
Just shame cause if you call yourself a high stake bookmaker, then 0,001 is a joke. If you are afraid of high stakes, then don't call high stakes acceptance. Or last just fix that max stakes button will show real max stake (which is 0.001) and then I and probably other bettors as well understand that you are no longer accepting big.

Morning all,

First of all, apologies for the slow response - as I've said before we don't have 24/7 coverage on BitcoinTalk so I've just got back to the office and seen all the threads and posts. I'm trying to catch up on the situation above now, but I'd like to firstly assure everyone that we are not 'disappearing' and the website downtime this morning was just for routine updates.

@Cloudbet_victim - I'm really sorry for the delay you have experienced with your withdrawal. Please let me assure you that we are not in the business of scamming bitcoin from our players - no company would last 5 years in a niche industry with those kind of practices.

I'm contacting our support teams at the moment to get an understanding of the situation and will get back to you as soon as possible with a response.

@4x4et - Our site was down this morning for an hour or two for routine maintenance, once again I would ask you to please stop spreading FUD.

@Angry0ne - Our teams are currently investigating the missing lines as reported by a few different players, but they are having trouble replicating the issue which is what is currently holding up the process. I'll get back to you asap with any updates they provide.

@vegasplayer1980 - We have a schedule of bonuses and promotions that run throughout the week, you can see them here.

Yes, you are around for 5 years, as you claimed. But how would you expect players to trust you anymore when:
- you locked up an account without any reasons / emails for a month with 30BTC inside?
- do not respond when players not coming here? as if you are FBI and you can't comment on anything but frozen clients' assets like that ?
- there are thousands opportunities that you can get the money for good, eg players are not english-speaking so they couldn't spread your fraud here , illness during these few months , accidents etc

I just think no one should offer you FREE OPTIONs like that anymore. It's such an unfair game, given your shitting customer services and respond rate. The only tricks you have is telling people that you have 10 departments working then you have to chase up each other everytime. 

Rooney , your online customer services and the frequency you visit here are exactly the same as the frequency wayne rooney playing soccer , twice a week.
What a job , working twice a week ! Good SCAM company

Why dont you shxt ur fxxk up, stop asking people to stop spreading whatever FUD and Pay me back my god dam 30BTC !!

@Cloudbet_victim - I asked in your other thread but forgot here - could you please PM me with your Cloudbet nickname so I can investigate this issue for you? I'm looking through all the recent correspondence between our support teams and players but without a name it's taking a while to backtrack.

Edit: It's now 4:00pm UTC and still awaiting account details so I can investigate this issue for you. There's been some serious scam accusations and I would very much like to get to the bottom of this ASAP. Please can you send over your nickname or registered email address (via PM if you prefer).

This is pathetic if this is what you regard as crisis management / damage control. Put it this way:

1) if you really don't know who I am - then why don't you share with us how many guys deposited 25BTC, won 5BTC, and being withheld 30BTC by you cheaters RIGHT NOW?  you are just making the whole thing looks even more scammy and fxxking scary ..

2) if you know who I am - then you are the worst actor of all time, just save your acting and give me the money back AxxHO
