In the russian local board off-topic there was a discussion, which sport is most exciting to watch. Recent pages shows that it is basketball (team scores often, slams/dunks/rebounds)

In 3 week starts NBA 2019 playoff. Maybe you can consider making a competition in connection with it ?

@davinchi - While I can't comment on another player's account, I can say that the KYC process requires specific documentation that needs to be provided. Without this we are unable to complete the checks necessary for verification which will cause delays while we reach out to request the correct information.

I provided all the documents, even some in different languages. The question is not in the number of documents, but how long will they check my documents? Do you think this is a very difficult process? In my opinion this is illegal holding of other people's funds.

@TopTort777 - To be honest one of the main reasons I was looking to pick football (sorry, soccer ) was that it's where I have the most knowledge, so it makes it much easier to pick the games and discuss them with players. I tried to branch out a bit with our recent Cloud 9 competition which was pretty popular, so maybe it is about time I added more sports into the running for future competitions - thanks for the feedback!

I did a small deposit to bet on the Game of Thrones, however, because of the high minstake, I changed my mind and would like to withdraw. Will Cloudbet hold my withdrawal because of this?

They won't ask for KYC since it's a small deposit they only do it on certain users.

You might have to place some bets because afaik all deposits now have a x1 rollover cmiiw.

Hello everyone, bad things happened. Cloudbet does not want to give my BTC (0.86). They did not send me a letter confirming the withdrawal of funds, saying that there are technical problems. But after a couple of days of carrying out their brains, they answered me that either a 100% deposit was paid or documents for verification of their identity came. After I sent the documents, they no longer respond to me and naturally LIVE CHAT does not work.  How is such a huge company doing so?

first bet I lost and it was graded like 30 hours after the match ended , 2nd bet I won but it's still pending and game ended 10 hours ago

want to be sure if this is a general problem with all the markets or just for certain markets

Nice! I am happy that at least your case was solved. "Of course" there was no progress with mine, despite the fact I was promised the issue will be escalated nothing happened. I am wondering what fake reason they are going to bring up, because it is impossible not to be able to verify an account since the 8th of February...

Many leagues and tournaments are not able to bet at the moment, although they were able to bet last week. For example the AFC u23 qualification games (21 games today) and lower football leagues from England and Germany and France.  Last weekend all leagues/tournaments were able to bet. What is going on there? The offer is not attractive....

This is all what they can say after almost 2 (TWO!!!!!) months. This is ridiculous!!! By reading through other complaints here on the forum, it is more than clear for me now that Cloudbet tries to do everything possible to delay KYC and restrict access to winning accounts.

There were no AFC U23 games in betting program today.... Tomorrow no estonia league, no guatemala league for example... all these leagues were available last week. So Cloudbet has these league not in offer anymore??

For every 0.0001 BTC wagered on NBA you gain 1 ticket to the prize draw -  so if I will bet BTC0.005 single bet, am I entitled with 50 tickets?

@Viscore - Players receive one ticket for every bet placed (as long as the amount staked is above the minimum requirements) so the value of each bet doesn't effect the number of tickets gained. To reach the daily cap of 50 tickets you would need to place 50 individual bets.
