First of all i played on cloudbet.com over 100k, and lose each time maybe few times withdraw but no more than 5 bitcoins. Few days ago,like 10 days ago I deposited 0.15 btc in my cloudbet balance and start to play live roullete. I made my bet(0.05 btc) bet was accepted and the dealer spin the ball, in the next seconds my page came black, i refreshed the page and said table inactive, my bet gone like I did not win the numbers I bet, so I DID NOT SEE WHAT NUMBERS GAVE THE SPIN!!!! I move to another table same problem, made my bet ,spin start page came black, i refreshed the page said table inactive my bet lose like roullete give another number and not numbers I bet, again I DID NOT SEE WHAT NUMBERS SPIN THE ROULLETE since the page came black. So i lose 0.1 btc and i did not know what numbers gave the spins at 2 different tables. I contacted support and they told me they will investigate, they investigate like 10 days and came with an answer, they sent me an email like everything was OK , they wrote me some numbers and they told me that they trust their providers. OK but i did not see what numbers gave the roullete , they can tell me what they want, of course they told me the numbers that i did not bet. This is a main problem with them. I had a lot of problems, errors,many erros never ever they refunded me my money lose with no reason.

I did notice that too on the website - however, keep in mind it could just be that someone forgot to update that text, and that they did actually have a proper license.

Though I wouldn't be surprised otherwise - it is a shady world lol. Also I think online casino games are dangerous.. sports betting is easier to 'debug' if things turn out wrong. Sorry for your loss btw.

The sports predictors have been popular, and Cloud 9 was the first time I've mixed up the different sports to put people out of their comfort zone, but we might get more entries if we stick to one sport like soccer where people feel they are more knowledgeable about the teams involved (and more entries usually means I can push for a bigger prize pool)

My main issue when planning competitions is balancing fun with a need to promote our services (it's one of the reasons I'm here after all!). If I can include mechanics that encourage visits to our site or players placing bets then I can usually secure a much larger prize budget, but at the same time adding these kind of requirements usually results in fewer entries. It's a fine balancing act!

Yes it is a normal transaction. In cloudbet, withdrawal takes days to withdraw. But, I hope they will resolve this. I hope that they will lessen their confirmations in order for the funds to be received as early as possible.

Couldbet are processing their withdrawals manually so it could take up to a few days to receive your funds.

Oh, so that's how it is.

I also hope that they ccould change that thing and having a fast withdrawal also makes the casino site less suspected by many people. Since, you know many people are having fun creating accusations in any type of services in crypto.

Waiting 24-48 hours is a very long time to wait for a withdrawal once you request from an established crypto casino like they are. Even when your account is not under any kyc verification or have had any issues previously with processing a withdrawal before. Cloud 9 was the most interesting event. Because at first you have to pass free-rolls, then you got the real prize.
In order to get more people involved in the site, maybe it will be interesting to add extra bonuses.

Lets image that this there will be also system with cloud. For example, you post a prediction which soccer team will win. But eligible in round players can also make a prediction which player or in what interwal will team make a score. Like on the site, you can not only place who will win, but also predict number of goals, corners, exact score in the half time and etc. The prizes can also be simpolic , like 3-5 freespins for a correct prediction (but only 1 per user).


Exaple: you start a prediction competition Tottenham Hotspur v Crystal Palace. Some members select Tottenham as a winner, then go to https://www.cloudbet.com/en/sports/soccer/tottenham-hotspur-v-crystal-palace/e1491559, and select 1 extra prediction from the list (like both teams will score and 1st half).

there is no specific league , this is happening with me for different leagues and sports like the one I sent you is from Algeria
but also this happened with me few days ago when Bertens played against Trevisan , this is one of the games that had hig liquidity in Asian bookies and even pinnacle offered it but wasn't able to bet in Cloudbet
the search tab showed the game but when I clicked the link it showed me that there are no markets to bet on

also I used to find a lot of games in your site for German amateur leagues but now I'm not able to find any for the last 3 or 4 days
