That s how it works. They hire higher ranked members and pay them to defend themselves and attack the customer. Then you are not fighting against 1 sportsbook but against a whole professional manipulating army.

At least they are not using an army and they seems a quite bookmaker.

They quitely have shady reputation and I suggest to make things clear on their side before going on them there are other reliable site which is good for now so better go with already tested rather than new with questionable reputation since instead you enjoy betting on your desired team you will end up getting head aches if you get compromised.

Their legacy site will probably last for a while since their new site is still in the beta phase but I have to say the new design looks smooth and clean than the old one.

So I hope same thing doesn't happen to you. If it does, I pray you don't get responses like you are writing to me.

Only question you need to ask yourself is did they provide proof (and I answered this multiple times in my post): No, they didn't provide any proof.

• Other questions: If they are claiming that some bets matched, how many of the bets matched? Is it 1,2,3 or 20+.
• Did the user have activity always from same IP? If yes, provide proof.
• Are the user/s KYC verified? If yes, how did they pass verification if they have same IP as other user/s?

They need to protect existing users. I can't be responsible for other accounts. Only my own and if I verified myself I consider this as a closed and easy case in my eyes as I did nothing wrong ever since I created my account there.

Thanks gosha@e-coin. It's a fair point. As @logfile mentions the Beta domain has now been updated to www.cloudbet.com while the old site is still running for a short while under legacy.cloudbet.com, but I appreciate the process is a little confusing.

We are still in the middle of the switch with components from legacy gradually being carried over to the new site, while at the same time new functions are added, like card deposits or esports markets.
