The exchange looks below average to me. How can you ensure about high trading volume? No one knows about this exchange, User interface not much catchy. I hope they have a better plan to reach people, and they should list an only potential coin, not every who pays. Otherwise, this exchange will be dead like many others.

Free or low price for listing is good move. but You need like bounty campaign to promote this exchange , or just do some trading competition to make the exchange volume better. I see many new exchange struggle and failed to attract new trader or investor
