Announcement of establishment of cooperative relationship with Ghana company

As a result of dedicated support to the Republic of Ghana by VIPS community and VIPS holders, we have also established
cooperative relationship with BM Max Enterprise, which is owned by Mr. Maximoore, CEO of MSM Moore foundation
(MSM Moore Foundation, hereinafter MSM).

 ★ Background of cooperative relationship ★
VIPS community has conducted donation activities to Ghana through MSM, such as providing food to children. On the other hand,
MSM made a contribution to VIPS community by promoting VIPS in Ghana and introducing VIPS payment to all stores in Sekwara city.
We believe that the donations made by VIPS have contributed to not only Ghana but also society as a “new form of donation”,
which means quick and low-cost remittances that does not depend on borders or distances.

VIPS comunnity members and MSM discussed how to acheive each party's goal. VIPS's goal is realizing "Let's buy fun" and
"World Wide Nukumorit " by generalizing VIPS and MSM's is realizing "A world in which every child attains the right to survival,
protection, development and participation" . We concluded that  it is necessary to disseminate VIPSTARCOIN itself in Ghana.

Therefore, we judged that BM max Enterprise, which has a crypto exchange license in Ghana, is more appropriate than MSM,
which is NGO , to be responsible for introducing  VIPS payments. We also judged that VIPS community should established
cooperative relationship with MS max Enterprize.

 ★ How to spread VIPS to Ghana ★
In Ghana, where the chief system is still deeply rooted, the chiefs are respected by the local residents, so we plan to introduce VIPS
