We do want to have API function from the Node of Bitcoin, Ethereum and Dash Deployed on My Cloud Servers Separately.
Is this any additional add up API Protocol for them.

Those are different blockchains with different APIs, so for each coin you need to encapsulate based on its own API, there is no single api that can work on three different coins.

What about the blockcypher or Insight- APi which can be deployed.

I believe these two are bitcoin based explorers, you will have to fork it to work on ethereum and dash. For example, check out for how litecoin forked insight: https://github.com/litecoin-project/insight-lite-api
