I think this project can make changes in our time. Because according to what I read to their whitepaper Blüpass will give access on our platform

to all forms of telemedicine to facilitate the rising demand and coordinate consumer participation. Our Blüpass Marketplace wille enable

As far as I know about this project you can see them live now https://blupass.co/#roadmap while their ico was extended until Sept 30, 2018 if I am not wrong with this idea of mine. Now about their collected funds on the ico all I know was they have allotted 20 000 000 blupass token for the bounty project campaign.
