Decentralizing Recruitment & Talent Management

Bityond is a recruitment and talent management platform that matches candidates to jobs, based on skills, experience, characteristics and availability.
Our mission is to give candidates a quick way to find meaningful jobs and employers the power to recruit people with the right skill-set, or to manage employees by skills, experience and availability.


As we transition into a distributed network model we aim at bringing more value to our community, by giving economic incentives via the Bityond Tokens, to any user who participates in the Bityond network.

Bityond Tokens serve 3 purposes:

A. Free Tokens
Token holders will receive free tokens during yearly airdrops,

B. Voting
As users will be able to vote on new developments and features,

C. Utility
As users can spend tokens to sponsor new developments and purchase subscriptions.


Bityond Tokens will be offered to users who:

1.Participate in the ICO

or

2.Use the platform
as tokens will be given for free upon completing certain actions

ICO: 40,000,000.00 (40 million BYT)
Reserved for Bityond users: 50,000,000.00 (50 million BYT)

KYC registration forms will be available later this week. We currently allow investors from all over the world (after passing KYC verification)

Things like Bityond have a potential to change the recruitment market greatly. Now the system isn't perfect, that's why me and thousands of people are interested in a powerful tool to solve this problem. Will keep an eye on this!

I totally agree with the previous comments! The idea sounds very consistent and the platform already exists and function well, what is not common in most of ICOs. I will participate as well in the ICO!

I would like to know your opinion about how Bityond is aligned with the future of the labour market, where people have different short-term jobs.

That's a key point for Bityond, thank you for asking. I've actually released an article today discussing how companies can actually tackle that problem, simply by incorporating a tokenized model, not only at the infrastructure level, but also at the governance level. This is, if decision making is decentralized we could potentially see a world where companies start to distribute tokens freely, paying for users' time, attention, contents, posts, good values, etc

If I contribute to a network with comments/contents/activity is perfectly reasonable that I am compensated for that. On the top of that, I only see benefits in transparency and decentralization. I am excited about these paradigm changes.

Today when I open my browser, there was a news about this ICO. But have not they managed yet 5% of the total in which they want to collect?

Yes the news were relating how the ICO was built, how it works and the token purpose; also it was reported in Portugal, as it's the first ICO done under Portuguese regulation. It's quite a new market in Portugal so the news impact didn't cause a "spike" in contributers. More importantly, the news focus the work done between Bityond and the Portuguese Markets Exchange Commission; that's the main reason the ICO did come up in the news a couple times. Links below:

frankly, I'm as promising as recruitment projects now. I know several databases on employment. It seems to me that there will be quite a lot of competition.

I welcome competition. Actually, with tokens users have an incentive to chose all networks. Meaning, if you also get tokens using other platforms why should you stick only to one platform?

Besides we already have a platform released for 1 year, received super important feedback which we've incorporated onto version 2, being released in the Summer.

With this new version and the Bityond tokens, I think we'll crush competition.

Internal databases will disappear, you'll see! The incentive won't be to privatize information, but to make it public. You have my CV in your database? Great, my platform matches your skills, availability, experience, etc with jobs.

That's way better than receiving emails, phone calls, weird messages on linkedin from recruiters desperately trying to find a better match to the position they need to feel.

But again, competition in the cryptocurrency space will be very much welcome!

The platform is designed for different job types, like full-time, freelancing, internships and so on. With the addition of economic incentives the entire network of users has another reason to spend time in Bityond, as free tokens are giver per different set of actions.
