Hi Marizy, Thank you for the question!

REIT stands for Real Estate Investment Trusts.  REIT is a trust, corporation or association that owns, or finances income-producing real estate that can be publicly listed or privately owned.  

Standard typical REIT's are:
- A platform for diversifying a long-term investment portfolio
- Income is generated through rent earned from its owned-asset porfolio., interest earned by financing real estate assets or sale proceeds upon sale of an Asset Under Management (AUM)
- 90% of income generated by REIT is distributed as dividend to its shareholders
- Publicly listed REIT's are a liquid investment vehicle

Global REIT's works on the same principles as traditional REIT but they offer additional benefits such as:
1- Future Access to all its AUM such as free stays every year in its first Hospitality Asset
2- Reward points in the loyalty program attached with its AUM.  The points can be used to avail free services up to a certain threshold.
3- The asset portfolio of Global REIT will include assets acquired globally, unlike traditional REITs which usually has restrictions in this arena.
4- Global REIT's token holders will also receive benefit from their participation in the "Funds Management Income".  This is not offered by traditional REIT's.
5- Token holders of "Asset Owning Company' will be paid monthly dividends, traditional REIT's do not provide this benefit.

I think there's may be some misinterpretation here.  To clarify:

Traditional REITs DO NOT offer GRET or GREM. 

Global REIT offers these 2 utility coins: GRET and GREM and their functions are as following:

- GRET will pay out dividends monthly to its subscribers.
- GRET has its first asset secured at 8% p.a. on its 1st acquired asset as dividend. The 1st AUM  (Asset Under Management) is valued at a  75 million USD located at The Palm Dubai, U.A.E
- Both GREM & GRET tokens are utility tokens and will provide future access to all its Assets under Management. Where token holders will receive discounts and other benefits.
- Global REIT is open to REITs worldwide who would like to take advantage of an already established blockchain framework and enter the crypto domain by contributing their assists

However, through GREM and GRET tokens, holders of it will have much more benefits than just getting dividends, like free stays in hotels, free food and beverage, access to exclusive content, etc... It's even difficult to find the traduction of the word "reit" only traducted from irlandais which mean the ground. As i understood, you are offering two tokens; GRET and GREM. Right? With a sophisticated graphics in the OP so i can't understand how does this really work. Am not an english native speaker so it's a little bit difficult to understand your point even reading the whitepaper. There is a lot of non-english community and i think they deserve to well understand globally the project before talking ICO and tokens.

REIT is a trust, corporation or association that owns, or finances income-producing real estate that can be publicly listed or privately owned.  

And yes, the two token offers are indeed GRET and GREM.  

Here's the short explanation on how it works:

* For Investors: They can deposit Ethereum or Bitcoin to Global REIT and in return, receive GRET+GREM+ USDT monthly dividends.

* For Asset owners: They can register to sell their property asset with Global REIT Fund Manager, and through a GRET smart contract which will be activated only when the property has been validated and verified, the  Asset owner now has sold his/her property to Global REIT and can choose to receive the GRET+ GREM tokens in Exchange + USDT monthly dividends in return.

There is also an Youtube video that you can watch which may provide you with a better understanding visually.
