Its purpose is a liquidity portal for Masternodes but listed on higher volume exchanges.  As a classic cryptocurrency it has more appeal than the free-for-all masternodes which are full of scams right now and not to be trusted without a solid brand of trust behind them.  My team will be releasing other coins as well as time passes, but for now this is the primary focus until it's successful launch of 2.0 and swap.

This coin will allow any masternode coin to trade into it within an android wallet or webpage interface {we haven't decided yet} so masternodes can be cashed out easily in a larger volume market via this coin and it's exchanges that have larger volume like the better ones for classic cryptocoins.

Yes.  Thank you for asking for clarification for everyone, it is indeed specifically and only POS.  2.0 is POS + MNs on roadmap.  Right now roadmap is being worked on but the temporary webpage is up.
