Why is merit system not working properly inspite of having a good concept ???

Giving merits really is someone's own choice however If they feel dutiful to the forum then from moral point of view they should give it away. A lot of people are doing very good job managing their sMerit profile.

Truth is (I noticed) giving merits is a kind of task. In my personal experience, I have missed a lot of posts to give merits. The moment I read the post I forget that there is something called merit should be given for the post. When later I realise I should give some merit to that post by that time it's too late. I already moved myself doing some other tasks.

The problem is not focus only on merit system but also in members, even though they had smerit to give away they won't send anyway. They do see some post that has quality to help this community but those who had smerit to share don't care.

The Merit system is working, shit posts are far less common on here now. Admittedly there’s still some but you’re never going to totally eradicate it. People are making much more effort to make good quality posts, I’m enjoying the forum more since the Merit systems inception.

Every one of those is enjoying this system who already became Hero Member or legendary like you because Merit is of nothing use to you...i feel it very bad that people like you are just always use bad words whoever complain about this merit system...i am not complaining about merit system as its the right of the theymos and he can do whatever he wants and we have no right to complain about anything...
but my problem is with you guys...some already rich and established members of this forum who always use bad languages to a newbie or a junior member...and tell them things in a very bad way..

it's true this system has been running well though not 100% but what we complain here is sisitem to mendaptkan smerit of merit that we get seems the day will mengurucut example: I get 1 merit then automatically we get 0,5 smerit and this will apply to its kelipatanya and when giving 1smerit on the other then they will get 0.5 smerit and this keep running and finally smerit will run out

This is one of my favorite saying. If you are looking for that specific things, you will find it even in a place that seems impossible to find it.

So if you are looking into the number of people that didnt send their merits, you will find it even in a place where people give merits a lot. It is just your perspective man, and even if you find a reason why merit is bad, it doesnt mean that merit is not working.

For bolded part : this forum doesnt have the obligation to make you rich and established, so stop make a correlation with how this forum give money to people.
