Former Betfair VIP clients manager Lee Puddephatt joins Marginless!
For the past couple of weeks Marginless has been releasing really big and influential news for the whole betting world — we started our ICO, initiated our Marginless eSports brand that will revolutionize the whole eSports arena, presented you the idea of Weekly challenges were anyone can bet and win some insane prizes and now, with great honour, Marginless is presenting a new team advisor — Lee Puddephat, former Team Leader and VIP Service Operations Manager who managed to create a 48% growth in VIP base in 12 months and VIP customer base up by 54% to over 3100 clients.
To Lee it is all about bringing in the right type of customer and then retaining them at Marginless. He has superb account management skills and can educate clients at any level. Lee will help in creating a complete and smooth customer journey into our exchange platform which will help Marginless grow. Lee also is very passionate about American sports - horse racing, football, boxing and stats in sports. He admits his teams are Nottingham Forest and the Houston Texans for his pains! Outside of the office, he co-owns an oriental restaurant in London and loves to travel to new regions.
Lee brings a vast amount of sports betting knowledge, customer experience and events management for VIP clients to Marginless. Lee previously worked at Betfair’s exchange for nearly 12 years in various capacities, he set up operational teams across the globe and was a major part of their success story. Growth in revenue is what drives Lee and he has played a huge factor in this area for his previous companies. In his last year as Head of VIP, revenue increased by 48% and the VIP customer base grew by 54%. Lee understands the variations in many markets and how to adapt to each country whether it is sports betting, gaming, E-Sports or API influenced. Strategy, planning, reporting and relationship building are key skills Lee has developed over the years and always making sure the company has a high return on investment. Lee has also hosted VIP’s at some of the biggest sporting events in the world and made sure their experience was of the highest level. He has managed some very high-profile VIP accounts and has a network of sports stars across the UK and Europe and many have in turn become lifelong friends
