Of course, ethereum is better than NEO. A much more reliable and promising crypto currency in terms of investment.

I agree. ETH has way better tech, price, popularity and reputation, everything.

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

In my opinion eth base token is good than neo base token. In present time etherum is  very much popular to all of us.

The most ICO investors are using ethereum. If I'll start my project on any another platform my chanses will seriously drop. It's enough to make a choice. For example I was think to use an etc token in the end of 2017 because eth was really congested then but I refused it.
