Folks apparently Halong is not delivering X1 and X2,
We received email yesterday came from some wired account "richard=halongmining.com@n3.highrisemail.com":

Our valued customer,

As excited as we were to fulfill orders for X1 and X2 miners, unfortunately unforeseen issues arose in their production, which caused a significant delay in the manufacturing and shipment timeline. We understand that the mining difficulty would continue to raise sharply during the delay, which is why we are offering to refund your order in full.

For a refund, please reply to this email with your order number and Bitcoin (BTC) return wallet address. A specialist will contact you shortly to secure any additional identifying information if required.

In lieu of the above, you may reply to this email with a request to convert your order of an X Series miner into a B29, B52 or T1 miner at a discounted rate.

We want to thank you for putting your faith in us and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

--------------
When asked about discounted rate The person responded with the following:

Thank for the quick reply. Below are the discounted rates:

B52: $3,300
B29: $6,300
T1: $1,599

Alternatively, we can offer a hassle-free conversion in the following:

X1 == T1
X2 == B52
2 X1 == B52
2 X2 == B29

Please advise your preference, ship date for substitute orders is May 5 - 15, although we'll try to ship quicker than that if possible.

--------------

Yesterday their site went down, so we could not verify the legitimacy of the email, but today we submitted the form on their support page and indeed got the mail from them:

Hi,

Yes, please reply to the richard@halongmining.com email address used for your order for further processing.

Ticket: https://halongmining.freshdesk.com/helpdesk/tickets/

This thread belongs in the altcoin section.

That's a legitimate email. I'm happy with the options provided Smiley

Innosilicon has been delivering on these same miners earlier, too. Probably some sort of trade agreement (or dispute) between Halong/Inno
