sabbers/steven/stevenb ripped me off awhile ago by failing to complete a project and he kept begging for money to play casino games.
http://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=726.0
he owns the domain v-co.in   and other .in ones

bitlex also had a run in with him.
http://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=483.0

stevenbucks did exactly the same thing. You may be able to change your forum name but your character is no different.
http://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3322.new#new

They both ripped off bitcoiners. First myself ,then Bitlex and now Nefario. The same guy also had a run in with New Liberty Standard a long time ago . Who knows how many more ?

Im starting a  bounty to have him found and publicly outed/doxed.  This person/s is a parasite on the bitcoin community.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

ways to fix it?

so instead of contacting those you owe,
you vanish for weeks/months, then you create a new account and try to rip people off again.

i hardly doubt, that you (anonymously) tried to sell mobile-minutes and php-codework to me, just to pay me back,
that makes no sense at all.

give me those mobile-minutes for free,
work for me for free,
that would make sense to pay me back,
to play hide and seek doesn't.

Exactly, if you are addicted to gambling you have a chance to work for your debts instead of paying them back in bitcoins. I would say that's more than a fair chance of "fixing it". You should be grateful that people are willing to accept your services instaed of money.

You are right - can i offer you some php work or mobile minutes in exchange for what i owe you please. I am sorry i never offer these before - when i gambled everything and lost i didnt know what to do. that is why i ran away. i tried to make a new username to hide my shame but seems like im a idiot gambler and i did the same thing :-( - i just want everything fixed

I was reading thr common economic protocols the other day, it mentions that the only way for a society to bring justice without using violence is to ostracise(cut off) the offending person. No one does business with them not one deals or speaks with them.

can we also get a bitcoin court?

Oh steven, you can work off your dept to me writing articles, see here, although I would prefer if you emailed or pmed me the article, I dont want to give you any kind of access.  to my server.

So, what is stopping you from dropping off the map again, and coming back with a new username?

[...] you have a chance to work for your debts instead of paying them back in bitcoins.

I cannot imagine a worse situation than having a loan that requires repayment with bitcoins.  If a month ago you borrowed for 30 days -- even at 0% interest, just to buy back those bitcoins using USD today it would cost at least 3X the amount of USD versus when the loan was made.

Anyone care to opine as to why here in the U.S. we have chapter 7 (bankruptcy) and chapter 13 (reorganization) laws?

That being said, he does offer a useful service:
Anonmous Prepaid Phone Service $30/Month for 1500 minutes/texts

He's selling again http://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3321.0

I think he should trade assets and services with his creditors(and no noe else) for paying off agreed amouNts of his debt. Because he will just try to cheat others(until he has proven he wont)

im asking to work for the debt i owe to you and the rest i owe bitcoins to

Enough talk.

The only sensible way forward is to:

1. Stop gambling
2. Do some work, or sell some stuff that you own
3. Start paying back people that you scammed

Once you start paying people back, you'll start to feel much better about yourself too.
