i dont know about your case but i think your transaction is stuck, you can check it again from the transaction id? is the value in the transaction id is 0 too? i dont know what shoul you do, i think you can wait for a while, maybe your transaction is stuck

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

If there really was any successful transaction, it should be in blockchain. Check it with any BTC explorer firstly.
