Dont sell them, if you have no emergency! The prices are so low now, better for you would be to leave them, where they are and hold them until the market will recover a bit, then the price will be higher and you will get more money for it.

You have to check which exchange is the token listed first. You can check under coinmarketcap but some tokens and coins are not listed yet. In this case, you have to ask the developer in ANN thread.

You did not mention the tokens you want to sell? if t is erc20 tokens then you can sell them on decentralized exchanges like forkdelta or idex, or you can check coin market cap and know the exchanges the coin is listed then you can anyone of your choice and trade it there.

You can actually sell your tokens on exchanges, there are many exchanges tho but at the same time it depends on the exchange your token is been listed.
Some of the crypto exchanges: Binance, Hitbtc, kucoin and others.

If you are talking about tokens received from bounty, then just check whether they appear on these exchanges: IDEX, EtherDelta, ForkDelta.

Depends on what tokens you have. If you have ERC20 based tokens you always can use a decentralized exchange like IDEX. If you have NEP-5 tokens you can use Switcheo exchange.

There is no one site solution for selling your tokens it depends which platform they are running on and how long they have been out of ICO. If it is ERC-20 tokens then you will always be able to list them on sites such as Etherdelta and Forkdelta although there may not be any actual volume. IDEX is another option although they will initiate a listing and not you. there are many exchanges to sell the token you have, but you have to know if your token has been listed on some exchanges, you can try to check the token thread or you can check in marketcap.

Wow, you need to know the name of the token first, then you need to make enquiries if the said token is in any exchanges,  before you can think of moving the token to the exchanges for trading
