I've read in a Facebook group that there are some people who actually accept bitcoin in their online stores. Does anyone here do that or at least tried it? Would you recommend it? I prefer asking here as the ecommerce group people I am in tend to not really be honest but just sell the idea of it. From what they say, they have already earned a lot of profit from accepting bitcoin.
Also, has anyone already tried paying bitcoin in an online store like for clothes?

Including myself, I tried to become the 'Amazon of cryptocurrencies' but it's more difficult than it looks like. The problem I faced included transaction fees which I don't like on client's side, transaction time and inflation/deflation of the cryptocurrency.
There are still many places where you can buy using crypto:
https://cryptoslate.com/cryptos/ecommerce/   << have a go there for a list of sites

I also have a school mate who has a nice project. He allows you to go anywhere in the web (amazon, ebay, etc.) and find a product. Then go to their store and pay in cryptocurrency. Their store is shoplium.io  (you may have to wait more for delivery but it's still great!)

If you want a professional platform, you may also consider https://openbazaar.org/

Thanks so much for the links!!! I'd check them out. I am planning to set up a site for my small business and was thinking if accepting bitcoin is something that I would need to do. I am concerned about the lack of inflation / deflation though I thought the idea really cool and perhaps would even benefit me if I have time to just hold onto my earned bitcoin.
