This is not my opinion but I am totally agreed with this point.
Sell bounty tokens as portion. Because, If it goes high you have balance. You can sell higher price. But If it down, at least, you have small profit.

If the project clearly look like scam - sell tokens immediately! But in general case the prices increases in two-six months after ICO and you can earn much more money for your bounty job
