How to access XP "balance" from lexicon web miner

i've been using the experience points (XP) lexicon webminer and i have a balance of about 211 coins.  I am currently at an estimated payout of 175 coins.  i've entered the XP "receive" address of the XP Windows wallet, into the profile settings, but i've never received any coins.

How can i access my web mining balance? and does anyone have any suggestions for how to boost/improve my hash rate? and one final question: is it normal for there to be no accepted hashes?
