I like your line of thinking, but wouldn't it entail all kinds of legal issues?
How to ensure proper medical advice, without the obvious physical examination, test results etc?
How to protect the doctor from law suits...?
Moderation of discussions is a more realistic goal i think.

Edit: i am considering to contribute

(i am a medical student in the Netherlands, 3 months from graduating,  Grin!!)
