Byteball deposit not being shown on Cryptopia?

So its been more than 24hours but cryptopia is not updating my byteball balance that I was paid from signature campaign.
Is everyone facing this issue connected to the same campaign?

Or are normal people who deposited their own byteball facing the same issue too?

If token not recomended use exchange wallets
Try contact with cryptopia support, this exchange allways have issues with deposits of coins, last i remember problems with ETN

It's not using blockchain but DAG system which used server as the main pegged network.
I guess the problem is on the exchange site which still not credit OP's account with amount of byteball that he's getting paid by doin signature campaign.

OP you should make a request or ticket to the cryptopia platform. My friend got the same problem in another coin too.

Might be they are on maintenance while you are checking your balance.

Its showing up on explorer. I opened a ticket and the admin replied that the issue has been forwarded.
Nothing has happened since 3 days.
Should I open up a scam accusation as they are holding up many people's bytenball balances?

as far i know , cryptopia is good
altough , sometimes shit happening on that exchange.
if almost 24 hours deposited still pending or not showing,
make u sure on blockchain explorer u already got payment from your signature then check it on tx ID
then if that correct with your deposited address on cryptopia , just contact support .

I have made sure on explorer that the payment has been received.
The admin of cryptopia also says that something is wrong with the site, but they don't seem to take any action.

I have already received this reply but still nothing is happening -
