The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

I'm interested in audit assessment. It would be awesome if the team can share some info about this, no pressure, but looking forward to seeing it before 2019

Where is programmers' team located? Singapore, London or Moscow?

The most part of the team is located in Moscow (Around 70 people). Singapore office is not closed but headquarters has passed to London. Team will also be moved there step by step

How long will the testnet 2.1 of CREDITS last?
I am not technical guy so I don't join the testing period, but hope that all things will be fine and the official version will be released to the community soon.

Everyone can take part in the test. We collect all the flaws in the Google form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeUDQRNlQrZVYgRNsoVAi4W3xDvnj5RP8Y8qPcdKqd-e46Zzg/viewform?usp=send_form. At the moment, there is no exact date for the end of the test period. I think, bugs will be eliminated in parallel and in the near future we will move to external testing of network load.

Hope we will reach required amount of nodes for the start of 2nd stage, I guess it starts in November.

How much right now?

They need to update insallation manuals to make the process of installation much easier for average customer

How much time does sync takes on this version?

For me it took around 5 hours, will it be fixed?

I decided to try a new version of Credits testnet. I have installed a node with the help CS admins. Thanks to them, they gave me detailed instruction. The process was very easy and everything is working!! I checked my node on Credits monitor

Yeah.. i saw 84 nodes from different countries yesterday. I've also tried Testnet 2.1, agree it was easy to install and to run a node. By the way, did you try to send CS coins to another wallet?

Yes, somebody from tech channel sent to my wallet CS coins and i recieved them immediately!! Excellent job Credits team!

I have seen many photos with toshibo logo, does it mean that they are CREDITS new partner Forbes 500, is that possible? Thoughts.

No, I don't think so, if you're talking about that photo with cards. I guess it's just that CS is expanding its future prospects. Have you heard CS podcast by the way? They released it today and said something about IBM:)

They released it on Friday and community is still playing with it. I think it'll last till the next public update, which actually will just continue the testing period.  Hopefully, External load test will be announced soon, looking forward to it actually.

Does anyone from testing team use transaction generators for system loading? If yes, what current tps results?

No, I don't think anyone launched it yet, even if they did, I didn't caught that moment. But community is keeping quiet about it, so I assume they didn't run the generators in the end.

I also heard there are some limitations with the generators community is using, like they send txs through API and not directly to the node, which is limiting throughput very significantly.

They can't be even more simple than they are now for your average Joe.  It's just a process of clicking "next-next-finish-apply-ok" and then launch the node, nothing to adjust there:)

Last time I heard about them both audits are still in process. I agree, would be great if team could shed some more light on that, like what are the expected timeframes or something, but it's okay if they can't, I'm not in a hurry so I can wait

Our team always shares official information, if the time frame is known, let's wait. A lot of good news ahead

In a new podcast by Bounty0x PR Director Evgeny Ivantsov and Deputy CTO Konstantinos Sotiropoulos talk about the Credits platform, mass adoption and high profile partnerships.

Yes! it works fine. No problems, ask admins or tech support to give you instructions how to set up. I recommend you to test it.

Yeah, it's very simple to install it, though you'll have to make sure everything is working fine if you're not a tech guy, but it can be solved in the  Technical discussion group of CS  which actually used for platform testing by the community.

Agree, people are very helpful in the group, I got some error with the node, but the issue was quickly solved with the help of people there
