Yes,I must agree with that,Etherium is really the King of Icos,but I also was participating in Icos based on Neo,Stellar.But the majority of cryptoprojects prefer using Etherium for creating their tokens and then using Etherium network.

Yes I 100% agree with that statement. Ethereum has been the King of ICO for the past 18 months, a few other coins have also tried to launch projects such as NEO and Stellar but so far ETH has been the most widely used currency in exchange for ICO tokens.
