They are being created with the only intention of getting as much money as possible from the ICOs and than slowly cashing it out. It is sad.  I don't know how I could live with myself knowing I caused so much suffering to people.  It is easy to pull off ICO scams so the allure is there and unfortunately there are people who either are born with no prosocial emotions or empathy or just didn't learn that others are just as sentient and concious and don't want to suffer as well - so they do.  I just hope some of them change their mind and give back the money though that will likely only happen in cases where they become threatened.  Hopefully more crackdowns will occur.

Yes so true! In my mew, there are lot's of shitcoins there that i got from scam icos and airdrops. But sometimes shitcoins or scam coins can make us a lot of money too! Funny thing is that even scam coins tries to list themselves in exchangers and their devs are the ones who dumps first then goodbye! When we receive coins better we try to research if it has actual product or project. And better be the first to
sell if your instinct tells you that the coins doesnt go anywhere far than scam.

I can't deny, some icos project are scam and they targeted to newcomers who have low knowledge/experience in the crypto world.
In my opinion, even successful ico, they can be scammed you in the future, although with very little chance, anything can happen.
