Agreed. Almost 80% of the ICO are scams. However, it also has been reflected in Airdrop. PRiVCY has copied the source code  of DeepOnion. Also, they copied the plan too, lol. But the dev team are scammers. They are playing with price from inside.

They start projects you looks very seriouse, build good website and they are also starting communites. And on the end, they walk away with the money.
