Sleep well, if you have good work during the day. And can not be tensioned. Do not go to sleep with any important work, so that your sleep will be disturbed.

many ways to sleep so well, but do not just sleep, we can feel different if our sleep is wrong, how to sleep so that we either cleanse the body first, such as bathing, after that we can sleep.

I turn off my phone then read a book. If I am in the mood, I drink warm milk. A really nice comforter and pillows add up to the experience, too. That will do, I think.

i would recommend taking shower , turning slow music on , keep your mind clear and dont think while you r trying to sleep .
at least 2-3 days a week i find it hard to sleep because of work pressure and when i sleep i have to think a lot like hell which sometimes result in going to next day of work without sleeping .. which end up badly .

A routine that we usually have before going to sleep - such as: shower, washing teeth, prepare clothes for tomorrow, good thoughts, no TV, no phone, no computer, I would read a book, no coffee or green tea, maybe black tea with milk and honey. I like to smoke one cigarette before sleep, helps me, not encouraging though ))

I have also dealt alot with not being able to sleep.
But after i started working out, i feel more healthy, have more energy and i sleep a thousand times better!
You should try to do the same!

I often do some eye relaxation exercises before going to bed, such as massaging my eyes and eye bags, which makes me feel more likely to fall asleep!

Try to clear your mind from worries. Stress may cause difficulty initiating sleep. Before bedtime, try doing things that relaxes you like light exercise, reading a book or listening to music.

Before bedtime you should not use the phone instead you can read a book, it can help you feel good and sleep better.

Getting yourself into a routine where you go to bed at the same time and get up at the same time (even on weekends) will lull your body into the habit of regular sleep. Be very strict with your bedtime. Don’t let yourself get distracted by social media, what’s on TV or work you didn’t get done. When it’s bedtime, just go to bed, no matter what. Soon your body will be on board and you will naturally fall asleep and wake up when you are supposed to.

I  meditate before going to sleep. Reading books also makes me feel asleep easier.
