Some of the scientifically proven ways are either drinking milk or tea before you sleep, but personally, listening to ASMR videos is the best relaxing and stress-relieving way that will instantly make you fall asleep.

I don't really watch ASMR videos, although I am subscribed to a youtube channel named Gibi ASMR. She's the first ever ASMR content-creator I have ever listened to, and I stuck to her ever since (although I've tried others too, but she's the best for me). She's also really beautiful, so if you feel like actually watching her videos it works to, because she also does visual ASMR.

I know some people find it weird, but listening to ASMR is actually soothing and just makes me sleep better ALWAYS. Plus, it gives you the tingles. I don't know how to describe it, but you'll feel it when you listen to ASMR, I guarantee.

Hope I helped someone!

I think the best way to get good sleep is to cut out all the excess sugar out of your diet and excercise right before bed.

I like to have a cup of decaffeinated Matcha tea at night. It's relaxing.
I also love the sound of fast moving water, like waterfalls or rivers flowing over rocks. When I have white noise in the background I sleep much better.

Depends on the person at interest. For me an example, its all about drinking my favorite warm beverage, not gonna say it, but it helps calm the mind and strokes you to sleep better. Others do some beer, alcoholic drinks or other cold ones. There is also washing your body or having a night shower helps relax the body making it preferable to sleep better.

Regularly use pillows in sleeping. I read that it affects your dreams at night when you are sleeping. Drink hot milk before going to bed. Sleep on your most comfortable position. It is better when you have something soft to hug onto. Sleep atleast 7 hours. Avoid eafing unhealty foods before sleeping.

ASMR doesn't give me 'tingles', but I do find it really relaxing. However, I wouldn't really recommend 'watching' ASMR for trying to sleep, especially on your tablet/phone/laptop or whatever as staring at screen late at night messes with your brain chemistry into thinking it's day time, which really isn't helpful for sleeping, so that's why I tend to just 'listen' to the videos instead with my phone face down. Mic scratching ones are some of my favorites:

They sound great with headphones. Gibi really is pretty, and I think that's why she's one of the most popular and one of the only ASMRtists to have over one million subs which is pretty crazy. Same goes for ASMR Darling who has nearly 2 million now it seems.

Working on improving your pre-sleep habits is called sleep hygiene. It includes things like cutting caffeine.

Sugar late in the day. Are you drinking or eating sweets late in the day? Sugar can be a stimulant, and as such can rev you up so you can't sleep.
