we make love first before going to sleep. because of the energy we spend when ML is big enough and makes us tired. and that can make us sleep better

Ways to Get Enough to Sleep and Get More Sleep: Reduce the use of digital technology, Do not exercise 2 hours before going to bed, take a warm shower, sleep in a dark room as possible, avoid caffeine after 1pm.

Don't interact with PC or phone at least 1 hour before going to sleep. Read book or something.

Sleep some time not comes because of your daily activities such as working more hours on Computer or phone etc...

In night time don't spend more time with computer or phone.because these things will emit  radiation more and it  will affect you eye.

Simple tips for sleep faster:

1.Breath with your mind.
2.Chill out.
3.Trick your brain.
4.Daydream with purpose.
5.Eat carbs at night.
6.dont think about anything.thing only of relaxation

Sometimes I have moments when sleep is the easiest thing I can do, but sometimes, they are few, I am unscrupulous, which is horrible I do not recommend it to anyone, I fell in the vice of the cigar, sometimes I smoke some 3 or 2 at night once a week to try to lower the intensity, that reminds me of when I'm drinking alcohol I always smoke, I usually drink as much as it makes me sleepy, and I use that memory and that habit of my mind in my favor, and with 2 or 1 cigarette it makes me sleepy. Try to use things that make you sleepy, your habits, but try not to hurt your body, I do that because I have nothing else to do. Luck!

If you glance at your clock several times a night that can make your mind race with thoughts about the day to come, which can keep you awake . Put your alarm clock in a drawer, under your bed, or turn it away from view.

do you have a cat? cats radiate deep sleep to their owners by direct contact. If you do not have one, I can lend you mine, it's an awesome cat but only eat lasagna and pizza :/  Wink

I prefer to sleep on time in at least 8 hours to sleep so that is enough to make me sleep well ..

Good sleeping is best for good health
Eat good.
Never eat much fast food.
Don't take pillow under head, as it may cause back pain.

Make some Peppermint tea with honey and put some classical music on and try to sit back and enjoy them both.  For some, this is exceptionally relaxing and soothing.  For others, it's incredibly boring.  Either way, it should help you to fall asleep.   Grin

You need lactic acid (milk, buttermilk etc.), and a dark, quiet place with a comfortable bed. This may be the best combination.
